When you book a consultation or contact us, we collect the information you provide directly — your name, phone number, email address, city, property details and the notes you share. If we install devices in your home, we may also collect Wi-Fi credentials and device configuration details necessary to set up your system.

We use your information to respond to consultation requests, prepare proposals, schedule installations, configure your devices, and provide post-installation support. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Wi-Fi credentials and device access
Where installation requires access to your home Wi-Fi network, this information is used only to configure your devices during installation and support visits. Wherever practical, your smart home runs on accounts you own directly (Alexa, Google Home, manufacturer apps), not accounts controlled by devend.ai.
4. Third-party platforms
Many devices we install rely on third-party platforms (for example, Amazon Alexa, Google Home, or a device manufacturer's own cloud service). Your use of those platforms is also governed by their respective privacy policies.
5. Data retention
We retain consultation and customer information for as long as needed to provide our services and comply with legal obligations.
