Our longer-term direction is useful, connected-property intelligence: clearer information and suggestions based on reliable device data. An automatically learning devend.ai app is not part of our current packages.

Your network credentials and personal information are used only to configure your home, and never shared beyond what's needed for installation and support.
Written device inventory
You receive a complete list of every device installed, including model numbers and where each one connects.

Every routine and scene we configure is documented, so you or a future technician can always understand how your home is set up.
Warranty information
Applicable manufacturer and installation warranty terms are shared in writing at handover.
Post-installation support
We remain available after your installation for questions, adjustments and troubleshooting.
No hidden subscription charges
If a device or platform requires an ongoing subscription, we disclose it clearly before installation — never after.
Clear disclosure on cloud dependency
We tell you plainly when a feature depends on a manufacturer's cloud service, and design around local control wherever practical.
Wherever practical, you own your own smart-home accounts — your Alexa or Google Home account, your camera app account, your lock app account. devend.ai configures your home; it does not lock you into a devend.ai-controlled account you can't access independently.
